Kingdom Centre is the third tallest building in Saudi Arabia and is owned by Prince Al Waleed Bin Talal of the politically powerful Saudi Royal Family.

With more than 300 meters in height, Kingdom Centre ranks to be the world’s third tallest building with a hole. It also houses the world’s tallest mosque; “The King Abdullah Mosque” which is situated on the 77th story of the tower.

Kingdom Centre is the tallest skyscraper in the world below 50 floors. Occupants include a five-star hotel, a major bank headquarters, a sports club, a wedding and conference center, and a luxury condominium and apartment complex. The tower’s unique shape culminates in a triangular opening spanned by a 56m sky bridge with a public observation deck.

Kingdom Centre was planned from the beginning as an iconic symbol of Saudi Arabia, and the final design was selected after a 3-year process which included over 100 submissions by major architectural firms.

Riva has developed and installed all the cladding work done on the Kingdom Center.
